How to track the delivery of your orders

Click on "MY ACCOUNT" at the top of the site and select "TRACK MY ORDER"

How to cancel or replace a pending item?

• when tracking your order, check the column "ITEM STATUS" in the category "PENDING ITEMS"
• if possible, alternative items will be suggested, the link is called "see similar items"
cancel your pending item
• you can replace it with the available item.

How to cancel an order?

• when tracking your order, if your items are "pending", it is still possible to cancel.
• if your order is "being processed", it is impossible to cancel.
